The U-visa is an immigration benefit for victims of certain crimes who meet eligibility requirements. To be eligible for a U-visa, a victim must complete a U-visa certification completed by a certifying agency or official on Form I918B.

The T-visa is an immigration benefit for victims of human trafficking who meet certain eligibility requirements.  In order to be eligible for a T-visa, a victim must complete a T-visa  certification completed by a certifying agency or official on Form I914B.
