2024 AERIFICATION PROGRAM FOR ATHLETIC FIELDS

Notice is hereby given by the Borough of Glen Ridge that bids will be received by the Borough Clerk until Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time in the Council Chambers in the Glen Ridge Municipal Building, 825 Bloomfield Avenue, at which time and place the sealed bids will be opened publicly and read for the following:

2024 Aerification Program for Athletic Fields

To request copies of the plans and specifications from the Borough Clerk please click here or call 973.748.8400 ext 222

All work done shall conform to the specifications on file in the Borough Clerk's Office in the Glen Ridge Municipal Building. All proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough. Proposals shall be placed in sealed envelopes and plainly marked and addressed to the Borough Clerk with the Contractor's name and address thereon.

Bidders are required to comply with requirements of the N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders shall also comply with P.L. 1963, c. 150 (Prevailing Wage) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq.). Bidders are required to comply with Executive Order #34 (1976) – debarred vendors.

The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids or any or all items in the proposal; to increase or decrease or eliminate such items as may be necessary for the adoption of any alternate; to accept that one which, in its judgment, best serves its interest; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder.
