How To Use The Service Request Center

The Service Request Center (SRC) is an interactive part of the Borough website which allows residents to ask questions or request service from any Glen Ridge department.

Knowledge Base Get Quick Answers To Frequently Asked Questions

Included in the SRC is a Knowledge Base of articles that may answer your question even before you ask. Browse the list of articles or use the SRC's own search feature to find the information you seek.

  Register To Register Or Not To Register

You are not required to register/create an account in order to use the SRC but if you do, you will not have to enter your contact information each time you submit a new ticket and you'll have easy access to all your tickets on demand.

  New Ticket Submit A Service Request

To request specific information or service, just select New Ticket. You will be guided through submitting your request to the appropriate department and will then receive an e-mail with a link where you can view and track your ticket. You will also receive updates via e-mail on the status of your request until it is resolved to your satisfaction.

  My Tickets Check Your Request Status

In addition to receiving updates on your service requests via e-mail, registered users can check the status of all their tickets anytime by selecting My Tickets.
